Finding the unseen: elevating Dreams’ design team

The Challenge

Dreams, a pioneer in financial well-being and behavioral science, needed a Product Design Lead to craft digital experiences that inspire, engage, and drive change.

This role demanded more than design expertise—it required a leader who could translate user insights into business impact, elevate the design team, and drive innovation with both vision and precision. Given the limited talent pool for such a role, it was clear that a traditional recruitment approach wouldn’t suffice.
