Sooo, are you passionate about creating marketing flows that engage and convert? In this role, you’ll play a key role in building and optimizing the marketing automation strategy from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
- Implement, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop lead-scoring models and audience segmentation.
- Ensure data quality and integrations between platforms like CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Design and execute email campaigns, landing pages, and nurturing programs for B2B leads.
- Create campaigns for users to drive loyalty and retention (B2C).
- Analyze and act on campaign KPIs to continuously improve results.
To succeed in this role you have;
- 3–5 years of experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Strongly preferred with experience in Customer.io).
- Background in SaaS, especially B2B2C, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and data-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and workflow analysis.
- Analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit across teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Tech).
