In this role, you’ll set the strategic direction for the entire influencer channel—ensuring it aligns with H&M’s broader brand and business goals. You’ll lead a talented team, develop long-term plans, and make sure campaigns are not only creatively bold but also deliver clear, measurable results in terms of engagement, awareness, and growth.
As the channel owner, you’ll be accountable for performance, ROI, and innovation within the influencer space. That means managing budgets, guiding team capabilities, and ensuring collaboration across marketing, PR, product, and creative departments. You’ll also work closely with top creators, agencies, and platform partners, keeping the brand ahead of both trends and expectations.
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in influencer marketing or digital strategy, a strong track record of building and scaling impactful campaigns, and a confident, inspiring leadership style. You’re analytical and creative in equal parts, comfortable with both stakeholder management and rolling up your sleeves to drive progress forward.
