We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to drive Mips organic Social Media presence and community management. In this role, you will execute on the social media strategy across various platforms, ensuring that Mips’ voice resonates with their audience while aligning with their brand’s values and goals.
- Plan, manage, and distribute social media content day-to-day. Collaborating with partners, influencers, and the creative team to ensure relevant, on-brand messaging across their platforms.
- Oversee the organic social content and engage with the community and take part in discussions online.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, using data to drive decision-making and share insights on trends and best practices.
Previously you have;
- +3 years of experience in social media management with proven work experience as a Community manager.
- Great communication and writing skills, fluent in English, with the ability to adapt tonality and style across different platforms.
- Project management skills, well-organized, and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship and networking skills, as building and maintaining relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors is a crucial part of this role.
- Ability to identify, track and interpret relevant community metrics and customer engagement
- Great knowledge of social media/internet trends and new technology.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and the online marketing landscape.
