Below is brief information about our overall fee structure in relation to our various services, with a focus on both temporary and long-term permanent competence needs.

The standard arrangement for a full process regarding invoicing is 30% of the total fee upon activation, 30% upon initial presentation of relevant profiles and the remainder when the recruitment is complete with final candidate(s).
For the Support service, 50% applies upon activation. Remaining when delivery is complete. Support is primary valid for our existing clients, with a developed relationship, deepened understanding of each other and with current agreements.
For the Referral offer, only 10% applies upon activation and then 30% upon initial presentation of relevant profiles. Remaining 60 % when delivery is complete. Valid for our existing clients, with a developed relationship, deepened understanding of each other and with current agreements.

Access is a monthly payment plan that is based on the number of estimated delivered roles, over a specified time period. This service provides clearly beneficial reduced total fees. Each individual arrangement is tailored, in relation to needs and situation. In addition to the cost per month, an additional compensation is payable upon delivery and completed process.

Staffing is an efficient and smart solution. You hire the expertise you need, when it is most needed. You pay per month, based on the consultant’s working hours. And of course there is the option of being able to recruit the consultant later, for a reasonable cost.
When you quickly and efficiently need to put together an entire team, we offer the opportunity to get help with both advice and smart solutions. Perhaps through a combination of the above delivery options. Flexible, fast and damn good!
The fee intervals (per hour) estimated above may vary slightly depending on the degree of complexity, specific requirements, volume, workplace or other factors, such as the actual scope of the assignment.
It is also possible, when appropriate, to determine a fixed fee per month or total period, alternatively for the specific project.
Selected consultant invoices via Trib. We then add 20 – 30% on top of the consultant’s hourly rate. Invoices are sent on a monthly basis. Standard is an activation cost of SEK 10,000 for an ordered assignment.
