- Conduct user research and testing to refine content and improve usability.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and localization in all content.
- Build and manage a content design system to maintain consistency across Klarna’s products.
What You Bring
- Native English speaker with experience in content design and UX writing.
- Proven ability to lead content design teams in fast-paced, global environments.
- Strong interest in technology and AI, with experience in content engineering or prompt design.
- Expertise in content strategy, stakeholder management, and UX best practices.
- Familiarity with fintech, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus.
