What you’ll do:
- Develop and lead the strategic work for our social media channels to establish KICKS as a leader in beauty content.
- Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content with a strong focus on TikTok and other platforms relevant to Gen Z.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to our team of creators.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create successful campaigns.
- Continuously analyze and monitor set KPIs to optimize content and achieve established goals.
What you’ll bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in strategic social media management, with proven success in reaching and engaging Gen Z.
- Strong expertise in TikTok and other social platforms and trends, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Experience from paid media.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or similar.
