We are now seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Success Manager to join the team at ProptechOS. As an Customer Success Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of clients, working closely with the Key Account Director to drive upselling efforts and increase revenue. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a dedication to driving value for clients.
In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company. You need to understand clients’ business goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to drive value and provide solutions. Collaborating with the Key Account Manager, you will identify upselling opportunities, drive revenue growth and scale up converted leads to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
To be the one for this it would be lovely if you have a proven track record in customer success or account management roles, preferably within the software industry. You probably have experience working with software products or selling software solutions and the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
